Faiza has obtained her undergraduate and Master’s degree in Kinesiology at York University. She is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Faiza is also trained as a mat and reformer pilates instructor and is currently at the Canadian College of Osteopathy working towards her Diploma as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Faiza has extensive experiences working with groups and individuals with chronic conditions guiding them to regain control of their health. She is in her final year of becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner helping individuals in pain and regain optimal health. Her focus is to combine her osteopathic knowledge with her exercise background, to assist patients in their healing and guide them to strengthen their bodies and avoid/reduce future issues.

Since then, she has completed many hours of continuing education with a focus on airway, sleep disordered breathing, orofacial myofunctional disorders, TMJ dysfunction, and the Buteyko Breathing Method.
