Cancellation Notice Required Should you need to cancel or change your appointment time we kindly request that you provide us with 24-hours notice. Any missed or cancelled appointment in which the clinic was not provided 24-hours notice, or a valid reason for late cancellation, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
